We operate a fully equipped internal laboratory with various testing machines. Our facility is ISO 9001:2015 and BSCI verified. The QC team closely monitors all operations, from process checks and sampling tests to sorting out components, ensuring all products satisfy the standards and buyer expectations.
Lumen Test
- Rates the total amount of light emitted from a flashlight in all directions.
- Measures the light output emitted by a source inside an integrating sphere.
Discharge Time Test
- Verifies flashlight battery lifespan under active usage.
- Monitors brightness levels over time, plotted graphically for discharge mapping.
Waterproof Testing
Uses the standard IPX system to certify overall water resistance:
- IPX1: Protects against vertically falling water drops.
- IPX2: Protects against vertical water drops with component tilted up to 15°.
- IPX3: Protects against water falling vertically with component tilted up to 60°.
- IPX4: Protects against splashing water from all directions.
- IPX5: Protects against low-pressure jets of water.
- IPX6: Protects against heavy seas or powerful water jets.
- IPX7: Protection during temporary immersion in water (up to 1 meter depth for 30 minutes).
- IPX8: Protection during continuous submersion (up to 2 meters depth for 30 minutes).
Temperature Assessment
- Flashlights are tested in a temperature chamber simulating extreme climates.
- Ensures operational stability; external temperature must not exceed 48 degrees Celsius.
Battery Test
- Measures actual milliampere-hours (mAh) capacity to ensure compliance with product standards.
Button Test
- Assesses the lifespan and responsive speed of power switches for sample runs and final production.
- Uses a specialized button testing machine operating at variable speeds to guarantee reliability.

How do you control quality?
A. All raw materials are inspected by IQC (Incoming Quality Control) before launching the process.
B. Each step in the assembly process is patrolled and inspected by IPQC (Input Process Quality Control).
C. After completion, a full inspection is performed by QC before packing into the next process.
D. OQC conducts a final full inspection before shipment.

How long can I expect to get the sample?
Samples will be ready for delivery in 7-10 days. The samples will be sent via international express (such as DHL, UPS, TNT, FEDEX) and should arrive within 7-10 days.
