We have different testing Machines in our lab. Our factory is ISO 9001:2015 and BSCI Verified. The QC team closely monitors everything, from monitoring the process to conducting sampling tests and sorting out defective components. We do the different tests to ensure that products meet the standards or the requirement of purchasers.

This is a rechargeable headlamp, but more than a headlamp. Detach it and hold it in your hand, it becomes a flashlight. 180°+360° head rotation allows for a wider lighting range and flexible lighting angles. It also makes it suitable for a wider range of scenarios, such as household use, car maintenance, etc.
Compact size yet extremely high brightness, it has 5 frog-eye LED beads with two brightness levels providing clear, long-range illumination that goes exactly where you aim. It is a COB LED multifunction headlamp. It offers floodlight mode with even light distribution. Long-press for full brightness mode (both sides on), plus two red light modes.
It's also a cap clip lamp and magnet work light. The foldable clip and wave-to-activate sensor free your hands for flexible use. The hidden magnetic module attaches to bikes as a cycling light or to metal surfaces as a work light. It features long battery life and Type-C fast charging to eliminate power anxiety.
Built as an IPX4 waterproof headlamp, the robust waterproof construction suits various outdoor weather conditions. In rainy weather conditions, it ensures consistent performance and protection against rain, making it an ideal companion for cycling, fishing, running, and other outdoor adventures.

We conduct intensive laboratory testing including Lumen Tests, Discharge Time (battery lifespan) Tests, Waterproof Testing (ranging from IPX1 to IPX8), Temperature Assessments (up to 48°C), Battery Capacity Tests, and Button Durability Tests.
Once you share your design requirements or select from our recommendations, our team will provide quotation feedback within 2 days. Samples are then sent for your quality inspection before starting production.
We operate a 700m² Injection Molding Workshop with 4 machines, a 700m² Assembly Workshop with 2 assembly lines, and a 700m² Packaging Workshop equipped with 4 lines, high-frequency welding machines, and a pad printing machine.
