This led headlamp is made of ABS hard rubber with good compression resistance, impact resistance, and abrasion resistance. Appropriate material selection makes this light lightweight 35g and it doesn't feel any weight when worn on the head. The size of 57x35x25mm is just right for one hand to control.
The adjustable headband of the headlamp can adapt to the head circumference of 15.7"(40cm)-31.5"(80cm), which can be easily worn by both children and adults. The elastic design can also make the headlight fit the head more and not easily slip off. Excellent temperature resistance allows you to use this headlight in a variety of temperature occasions, whether it is a hot workshop or an extremely cold mountain top.

Generally, sample needs 3-5 days and mass production needs 30 days, it is according to the final order quantity.
We require a TT 30% deposit in advance upon confirmed PO, and the remaining 70% balance payment before shipment.
Our products have been tested by CE and RoHS Standards. If you require other specific certificates, please inform us and we can arrange them for you.
We ship via Express (TNT, DHL, FedEx, etc.), by Sea, or by Air depending on your preferences.
Our quality control process includes: (A) Incoming Quality Control (IQC) screening for all raw materials before production. (B) Input Process Quality Control (IPQC) patrol inspections during each stage of assembly. (C) A full final inspection by our QC team after production before packaging. (D) Outgoing Quality Control (OQC) full inspections before shipment.
Samples will be ready for delivery within 7-10 days. They will be dispatched via international express services (such as DHL, UPS, TNT, or FEDEX) and generally arrive within 7-10 days.
